The internet is suffocated with websites that are agonizing, abandoned, forgotten or just trying to survive.
Millions of individuals or small companies, or even large ones, had a shot at a website at a certain time of the big web revolution, and they never went back, and many don't even know it.
So unfortunately, for many of us web navigators we fall all the time in those websites which you sadly discover they no longer exist, they are outdated, they are incomplete, or they are just a "preliminary" version of the website that never was.
