From our experience, many small busninesses that decided to publish their first website in the early years of the century - after a while - realized taht the need a lot more than just a web version of a printed catalog. By then the web was up - completely static - outdated, and ... the guy who did it is no longer available.
So where is this hosted? How do I get there.? Where is domain registered? For how long? What services do I have? What is my user name and password?
Feeling a little lost it is no surprise many of these sites are ... abandoned to their fate.
Lets rescue them and make the www a better place.
